A practical CRM for junk removal
Use one lead-to-customer-to-estimate-to-job-to-invoice-record workflow instead of separating customer details, photo estimates, notes, calendar entries, and invoices across several tools.
Start simple, keep the record connected
The CRM is designed for the everyday work of a new owner or small crew: record an inquiry, keep the customer context, organize the estimate, schedule the job, and create the invoice record when it is time to bill.
Add the inquiry, contact details, service information, lead source, and the notes your crew needs for follow-up.
Use customer records and notes to keep contact information, service details, estimates, jobs, invoices, and internal context together.
Use photo-estimate organization to connect an owned WhatShouldICharge estimate, its price range, and still-stored quote photos to the customer.
Create a related job, choose its date and time, and use the job calendar to see scheduled work by date.
Record the service description, total, amount paid, and balance due, then download the invoice PDF when you need it.
Customer context
A customer detail view keeps related leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, and internal notes together. When you come back to a customer, you can review the information already recorded instead of rebuilding the job history from messages and folders.
Job calendar and records
Jobs can be created from a lead, customer, or estimate and given a date and time. The job calendar is a view of those scheduled jobs. After the work is ready to bill, create an invoice record with the amount and service description.
Clear product boundaries
No automated email or SMS campaigns. You can manually email an estimate to a customer. The basic CRM does not accept card payments from customers, does not build or optimize routes, and does not automate follow-ups and repetitive office work.
The CRM keeps records organized. You choose how to communicate beyond an individual estimate email, collect payment, plan routes, and decide the next step with each customer.
Current plans
Choose the estimate volume and user count that fits your business. The CRM records stay part of the same account workflow.
